Instituto Medico San Nicolas (ImSan) is proud to announce that it has been awarded the prestigious Joint Commission International’s Gold Seal of Approval for Hospital Accreditation. The JCI has evaluated this Hospital and found it to meet the international health care quality standards for patient care and organization management.
ImSan is the first hospital in the Dutch Caribbean to receive the JCI accreditation which is widely regarded as the gold standard in the healthcare industry. The rigorous evaluation process conducted by JCI assesses various aspects of healthcare delivery, including patient care, patient safety, infection control, staff qualifications, leadership, and the overall patient experience.
JCI accreditation is not easily obtained, and it is certainly a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team at ImSan.

On July 21, 2023 ImSan celebrated the unveiling of the JCI Certificate for Hospital accreditation.
